June 4, 200618 yr comment_169882 I have been wanting to ask for the same kind of help. I have been so bogged down with the daily grind I have lost motivation to get my car done. Money is slow to come in and time is always too short. The videos definetly help Jon, the sound of that reving 6 gets the blood going again. I'm just ready to hear my engine go. So zman525,I feel your pain.Try to keep pluggging along Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/20246-motivation/?&page=2#findComment-169882 Share on other sites
June 4, 200618 yr comment_169890 I just got my Z running 2 weeks ago...I love the BRAAAPAAPAAP sounds... :-D mucho better than the sound of a rachet.... My Z had been down for MOST of the time from October to May...maybe 300 miles in January then the clutch died... About $3500 since October and 700 miles since then...not very good cost to mileage...but it sure is fun! June 4, 200618 yr Author comment_169915 the picture on my avatar is my old Z (was for restoration) she is now with the rust gods. EVERYTHING was rotted on her as i got into it. I picked up a 76 cali 280z in the town next to me. I have stripped down to just about nothing. Its mainly welding and lots of $$ before i start to re-assemble her. She is very solid and i want to to do it right instead of just throw her together. I guess as the years go by working on her ur motivation dies out a little and u just need a jump start. although she isnt much now i have big big plans for her as time goes on. Another thing i need is patience :-P Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/20246-motivation/?&page=2#findComment-169915 Share on other sites
