Personally I think a V8 in a C110 would suit quite fine. The hood even has the bulges in the right places......

I even had made up the stencils to paint on, but i didn't want to do it until the car was completely ready...

i chose 神奈川県警 - Kanagawa prefectural police to be on the door.. not that i have any idea where that is!! (maybe a prefecture of tokyo?)

that picture is missing the emblem on the bonnet though

That's Kanagawa Prefecture, just south of Tokyo. The big city there is Yokohama, where Nissan originated and are relocating their corporate headquarters from Tokyo - "going back to our roots" is what they said.

I've never seen anything like this C110, but they did run a few stripped down Fairlady Zs in the early 70s.

ok, i may be the only guy interested in this model kit, but i asked a japanese friend to translate:

lady-bird car from Andromeda

so it looks like it was featured in a japanese super hero show in 1974
