For most Zs, yes. The exception is the '70 and early '71 240Zs. They came with separate keys - one for the ignition and one for everything else.

Yup. On a 260Z the same key should open everything.

Sometimes there is a difference when a previous owner has changed the ignition lock without having it re-keyed.

My 8/71 Z and 2/71 510 had one key for everything.

In the US, they went to the one-key-fits-all program starting with 1/71 production. Other parts of the world were different.

I got my ignition key to work in the passenger door, but not the hatch, or the driver door. I guess those ones are just worn out because those are the ones that were used the most.

You can remove the door locks and hatch lock, take them to a locksmith and have him set each cylinder to your ignition key. They usually charge about $15 per lock.
