Posted June 29, 200618 yr comment_172717 Does anyone know where I might be able to find a map light? OK, who's laughing out there I can hear you (), even in ABQ. Seriously, what years will work with my car? Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/20593-map-light/ Share on other sites
June 29, 200618 yr comment_172722 Do you need just the light bulb, or the entire housing? Also, what year are you looking for? By the way, I think the map light is one of the coolest features inside my cabin-I also love the "work" light in the engine bay. ps-have some sopapillas and green chile for me Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/20593-map-light/#findComment-172722 Share on other sites

July 4, 200618 yr comment_173336 I just looked out in the garage to see if I could find the one I had laying around. Sorry, can't locate it. Yes, eBay is the easiest option if there are none out in the garage. They are listed on eBay all of the time for different applications. Just know what it is exactly that you are looking for, and remember to be patient and don't get "caught up" in the bidding. Also be aware of what the seller charges for postage, as some (less than honest) sellers sock you with outrageous shipping fees; just check it out before bidding and "set your limit & stick to it".... with eBay, patience is your wallet's best friend. I do not recommend buying from a seller that has less than 98% positive feedback. July 5, 200618 yr comment_173436 You'd need about 30 of them to light up the area under the lamp.Ifthe wiring was up to par, it would be bright. But since I've never seen a primo example, I don't know how bright Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/20593-map-light/#findComment-173436 Share on other sites
