How much of the roof do you need?

If you are just replacing a roof because of a sunroof, I'd just remove the roof panel and weld on a new one. No need to remove the under lying structural turret. Just drill out the spot welds.

Saves you alot of work because you can just spot weld on the donor roof panel like they did at the factory, and you dont potentially weaken the car, because you havent cut the structural part off.

No its not just that - kangaroo landed on it when it was already bogged from hail damage - then someone broke it trying to pannel beat it and now it's split! It has about 3cm over bog over it and its in bad shape but on the up side i may have found one in QLD
