I'm searching for a few bits and pieces, for me and other 240K owners I know! Please please let me know if you have, or can get, any of the following:

- Windscreen wiper (actually, only need the little piece of metal that holds the spring to the base of the wiper (kind of peanut shaped) but will take the whole wiper if need be.

- Front Indicator units (the ones in the bumper, including the backing - good lenses not entirely necessary but preferred)

- Tail light wiring harness (L and/or R, will take the whole tail lights if need be)

- Weather strip rubber seals that fit onto the rear qtr windows of Hardtop

That's all I can think of for now!

Windscreen wiper, is almost the same as whats on a 180b, same legnth slightly different design on the wiper head. i use these on my k's with no problems.

weather strip rubber seals, i can get these but there not that cheap for what they are, i think about $35-$40 EACH! i needed them so i had to get them.

let me get back to you about the front indicators and tail light wiring. i might be making these soon if your interested.

I think the parts car still has tail light wiring (unless you already grabbed it). Ditto for the front indicators. I'll check when I get home later this week.

I seriously need to start stripping it, to clear room in the yard. Now I have picked up my other (very high maintenance) project, the 240K will sadly go on the back burner for a few more years.

Mustadd, thanks, I will check the local wrecker's yard as I think they have a 180B stashed away somewhere there... AH! So did you buy those strips from Rare Spares? How good are they? Are they the same as OEM?

Peter, I think the front indicator units are trashed, but the wiring might still be good at the tail lights! I know that Sasha wanted the lights, but he'll have wiring so that shoud be ok.

i didnt get the strips from rare spares. Theres a guy down here in melb that specialises in old auto rubber. he had only 2 types for our style of windows in the coupe. went straight in and didnt require any mods or anything. i dont know if they look the same as the origanal one as my ones were completly stuffed.

Here's my KHGC110 want list:

1. RH (Driver's side) Glass (Clear not Blue)

2. Small adjustment knob for the fresh air vent at the left side (Passenger) of the dash

3. Outer cover for Driver's (RH) seat adjustment lever

4. Trunk lock

5. LH guard sidemarker w/chrome trim or just chrome trim

I need all items in good condition. PM me if you have them or spot them at the wrecker's. Thx!

Hi Mat - for the "LH guard sidemarker" do you mean the indicator repeater? If so, I think I sent Mikey the two that were on the parts car, but I think he doesn't need them. Might be worth asking... shipping will be cheap too

I've got a set of front bumper indicators/lenses/rubber seals.

left & right side indicators/lenses/rubbers/chrome surrounds.

C pillar petrol flap unbroken and other side round trim.

Everything is in good condition. I got them off a car at metalyard just before they crushed it. I only wanted the tailights/facia/chrome surrounds but grabbed those as well.

I'm looking at whether a panel could be made to house the 240k tailights on a 240z that can be fitted without making irreversible modifications. Haven't got very far yet. The K tailights are right up there for me.

If you can't find anything locally/cheaply and you wanted to cover the cost of postage plus maybe $10, I could send them up. They'd all fit in something smaller than a shoe box.

Nah, a four door, I still get a bit sad, don't see too many on the roads round here.

Mastadd240K that weatherstrip rubber is it the one between the front window and qtr window?
