I like the color, dislike the wheels, dislike the flares but love the fender mirrors.

Overall I'd drive it...or show it. Or drive it to shows.

I dont see the big deal sure hes asking to much and the rims are too big and it has no g-nose, but I've definitly seen worse. You should post some links to ebay auctions of people askin 2-5k for parts cars and rust buckets...I would drive her at least the Z's looks as though some money has been invested in her and was kept well.

BTW: You think this is bad you guys remember the non running parts car 1970 Z that was relisted countless times with boxed flames and corvette lights now that was terrible. The guy wanted $3700

A nice car overall and obviously well taken care of. I like color scheme and everything else except the flares with those wheels/tires. Something just doesnt seem right the flares either. If I really wanted to keep the flares, I would ditch the ricer rims and get some wider, smaller rims and bigger tires.

I'm sure it's probably worth $12k to the owner, but it's hard to say what it's really worth since the passenger floor needs replacing. I wonder where else the cancer is hiding?

Too much mixing and matching of parts. It's hard to say what kind of a look he was going for. The doors don't appear to fit well, mirror bases are still on the doors, that '240Z' side stripe doesn't blend well with the other mods, and the rust that he mentions. Not a $12K car IMO. Sure, by his description he has invested a lot of money in parts and work but as we all know, the sum of the parts does not equal the total when it comes to putting a price on a car.

Yeah those wheels are ugly. Nice set of wat's on it and it would be perfect.

I think he should sell that mustang he has in the pic and keep the Z and take th rims off and put some 16" panasports or wats.

I expected a lot worse. I reckon it looks ok. Some one mention a lack of focus or direction, I aggree those skinny wheels are'nt aggresive enough. The biggest issue is those wheels/tyres don't fill the flared guards. Funny thing is it's not that dissimilar from my car right down to the side stripe!

and my car only the wheels tyres are quite a bit wider. Makes a huge difference I reckon!???

Seems everyone is doing the flares and side stripe since the old photoshop rendition I did .

I think it's just personal taste, for me it's a little over the top but some of it is appealing.

My personal preferance is Plain Jane outside and some beef under the hood.

Yep thats why I was saying it doesnt look so bad as people make it seem because I've seen the design pattern before on Toecutters and Gav's Zs.

BTW: What kind of wheels are those Toecutter? and what kinda of wheels did you photoshop in your avatar Gav?
