August 9, 200618 yr comment_177783 Cable clips are all in place. Rather than losing one, I cut the cables when removing. It was easier than releasing the clips plus the cables are fairly eaasy to replace.Sent you a PM. August 10, 200618 yr comment_177866 Bummer. I'm afraid those will not clean up to the standard I am hoping to achieve. Sorry but I'm gonna have to pass on these. Thanks very much for taking the time to get the pics and posting them. I really appreciate it. August 10, 200618 yr Author comment_177868 No problem Enigma. Ian, I am still looking for it. I may have thrown it in the spare well and it has been covered with junk. I plan on working on the car tomorrow and will look again.Paul Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/21086-parting-73-what-do-you-guys-need/?&page=3#findComment-177868 Share on other sites
August 10, 200618 yr comment_177869 Paul, What is the condition of the interior (seats, door panels, trim pieces, etc.)? Are the rims and center caps on the opposite side of the car in the same shape as the one's on the side shown in the pictures? Is all of the A/C intact? I'm interested in the ducting shown in the pictures as well. Carpet? Underpadding? You mentioned the core support. Is it in usable condition? A long shot, I know, but thought I would ask! Just let me know and maybe we can continue to work up a deal. Jim D. Wheels appear good but have been painted with a silver rattle can. Only one wheel has a cap. All of the ac/ is intact. Including evap, condenser, under dash/footwell unit, and control panel. The underdash unit plastic surround is cracked on one corner, but can be easily fixed. Compressor is still mounted on the engine (which I pulled today) and has all brackets/pully mounts. Core support was poorly welded in and while the upper support appears good, the lower is trash and heavily rusted. PM me with an email and I can send some pics of the a/c Paul Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/21086-parting-73-what-do-you-guys-need/?&page=3#findComment-177974 Share on other sites
