Again, this topic had no post and it looked lonely. But seeing as I actually had an on topic topic, well you get the idea.

What has everyone been using to clean their tires? Spray foam? The rub on goop? Spray on and wipe off stuff? How long does it last? Does it clean the raised white letters on your tires very well?:classic:

I use A foam no touch then black magic tire tint (silver) comes in blue & gold aswell. Tire tint is nice, easy, and long lasting. It has REAL FINE metallic flake mixed in with A tire shine gel that makes your tires look wet all the time. In the sunlight they look bad azz.

The silver gives the true wet look. I have never done the blue or gold. I think the blue or gold could look tacky.

I got addicted to Black Magic Professional Protectant quite a few years ago. It is nasty stuff, but synthetics love it. The best part is it is oil based, so it lasts through rain pretty good (on my OTHER cars! The Z is allergic to water). It will practically restore old oxidized vinyl and rubber. Really thirsty old stuff wil suck up several coats and look great. I rub it in really well--I'm not really into the wet-sticky look! And it comes off on your fenders if you don't. And your pants...and anything else that touches it. I wear surgical gloves when using it. It is horrible stuff.
