Hello, all. I have a 1970 240Z (sn 1**8) which has been in the family since new. I plan to slowly restore it, not necessarily as original, while still driving it. A recent excursion in the hands of thieves has left the poor old Z without some frills and extras (heater core and control head, and many other "trinkets" were stolen). It has a 280 block, no fancy parts, original 240 head and carbs. It has a small amount of rust, and some glass is cloudy but it is still a dignified old warrier.

I am located in Milton-Freewater, OR which is in the far northeastern part of the state, at the foot of the Blue Mountains.

I have a spare early heater box with core and control head here in Springfield, Roger, should you need one. None of the stuff is mint, but it's all serviceable.

Good to see another 70 owner. I came from Spokane originally now in Tacoma. Welcome hope you find this site helpful as there are many very knowledgeable people here. Also in the eighth month of a refresh. Hope to have this one back on the road next spring in time for the show/rally in Canby.

Whoever stole it knew what they wanted didn't they? Beautiful part of Oregon, my ex was born in LaGrande and it is beautiful there.
