Injector wires

According to the article, each connector was $12, and you need about 8 or so.

Maybe soldering for you is easy, but I would expect to spend an hour easy on each connector, and some time to inspect & redo anything else on the injector harness. and that's if the copper wire strands inside are good enough to solder to. That's why I'd go for a newer or assembled harness.

With all that extra wire I have coiled up for each injector connector, I would consider cutting the wire to length first and crimping on new terminals like in the article

I sell the good connectors for way less than $12 each. Holy crap, that's a lot!!!! I wish I could get that much for them. To assemble my connectors takes about 2 minutes each. How you put them in your harness is up to you. Some guys use solder, others use butt-splices.

I don't need them. I have plenty. I was just wondering if the one's jmanz6 sells as the "good connectors" are the ones I pictured. The ones I pictured are far better than the OEM regardless of what anyone says. Trust me on that one! I'm the old fart with years of experience with these cars. I'm not looking for advice or endorsement from anyone on these. My cars both have been upgraded to these. Years ago on the 810 and last week on the Z because it really didn't need them up until then.

If you follow this link

it goes the ones I sell that are far superior to the OEM ones. They don't have the boot you think is so great, they have a silicone plug that slides over the wires and presses into the plug body to keep the moisture out. They also have the quick release tabs to allow you to take them off without damaging them.

....They don't have the boot you think is so great...

Again, I'm not here to debate the issue, get advice, or endorsement from anyone. I was merely asnwering Tomohawk's question. You like what you like and I like what I like. Nothing wrong with that.
