August 29, 200618 yr comment_180320 Thats a 240ZG steering wheel, right? It's a 'Nissan Compo' steering wheel and was a factory optional item to my understanding and not restricted to the ZG. I've seen this wheel on C10's and C110's alike.:cheeky: Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/21366-c110-image-car-replica-for-sale/#findComment-180320 Share on other sites
August 29, 200618 yr Author comment_180378 Yeah the compe handle was a sports option part, very popular in Japan! So popular they did a re-issue batch in the early 90's I know of two people in Aus who are planning to do a replica of the Image Car... though this one is pretty expensive, it could turn out cheaper than building one yourself. August 30, 200618 yr comment_180423 hmm.. i will have to keep my eyes out for the electric winders and switches then! i saw a switch set on yahoo auctions, but i assumed that having 4 switches it would have been the 4 door (unless it is non-original, and they only hooked up the front 2 windows on this?) August 30, 200618 yr Author comment_180426 Kent, the Hardtop and Sedan share the same switch combination (+ rear switches) I am pretty sure. All four windows roll down... same as C210. Actually, I was told that the C210 switch unit is the same as C110....... they look similar from pictures I've seen but maybe not exactly the same. I'd find a C210 unit first if you want to swap to 'leccy windows as it might turn out easier + cheaper. August 30, 200618 yr comment_180429 awesome, thanks for the info.. it is obviously not a priority.. but it would certainly be nice any idea if the motors/mechinisms would be similar?
