Posted August 31, 200618 yr comment_180509 This panel here below the dash on the passenger side. My brother cracked mine in half while pulling his backpack out from under it and now owes me a new one. I need to know what its called so I can look for a new or used one to replace it. The parts car i've been getting stuff off of no longer has this thing. August 31, 200618 yr comment_180517 Actually, it's called 'ASSY-COVER-INSTRUMET-LOWER RH'. Part no. 68870-N4200. I only know that because when my car got stolen in 2001, the bastards broke it and I had to replace it. September 8, 200618 yr comment_181632 Bill; Take a look at the original pic, and you'll see that it only applies to the 260 and later dashes.E Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/21389-is-there-a-name-for-this/#findComment-181632 Share on other sites

September 8, 200618 yr comment_181639 I have one that I pulled from another Z. One of the attachment holes are snapped, but something else could be set up in place. Pay for shipping, and it's yours.I'll even take pics if you want. September 8, 200618 yr comment_181644 Kick panels are on the sides of the foot area. That's just a standard term.E Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/21389-is-there-a-name-for-this/#findComment-181644 Share on other sites
September 8, 200618 yr comment_181663 I have one from a 77 280Z that I pulled just yesterday. It is in like new condition! PM me if you want to get it cheap. Just make a decent offer and cover postage. I have a bunch of other bits from this car for sell too if anyone else is interested. The body is total rot but there are a lot of good salvagable pieces.
