sideshowbob Posted September 12, 2006 Share #1 Posted September 12, 2006 How do I remove the connectors from the plastic junction box under the passenger side dash without damaging it? It seems as if it would be self explanatory, but I'm having some difficulty. Leaving it connected would require me to remove the under dash harness and engine compartment harness as a unit, which I'd rather not do.
Arne Posted September 12, 2006 Share #2 Posted September 12, 2006 It would help a lot if we knew what year and model car you are working on...
sideshowbob Posted September 12, 2006 Author Share #3 Posted September 12, 2006 77 280, what else? Don't all years have this plastic junction block in them?
Arne Posted September 12, 2006 Share #4 Posted September 12, 2006 77 280, what else? Don't all years have this plastic junction block in them?Nope, nothing like that on the early 240Z's, for example. The wiring changes lots from year to year.As for your issue, I've not played with wiring on a Z that new, so I can't advise you on it.
