I have 76 280z that probably has the original 76 transmission in it.

It has lost alot of power and i want to get a better one so my ride would be a bit more smother.

Does any one have suggestions on what I should do?

-Buy a used Tranny or

-Rebuild a used one

if you are near seattle I've got one from an 81zxt that was working when i replaced it with a 5spd. probably bolt to the block ok but drive shaft might be a problem. freebie
