I am having a terible time locating interior parts for my 80zx. I must admit I don't have much experience looking for Datsun parts but I thought I would be able to find something. I would realy appreciate some guidance from someone with experience finding these things.

hahaha wats sad is i see alota zx's parked in the bak of shady garages... its kinda weird.. i was drivin by one a little while back and saw an 83 that was in decent shape but it didnt look like it had been touched for several years.

Acually it's in Nor Ca. near Sacramento on US 50. I've been there and what I don't like about it, if you live in the area , is that it's not a pick and pull place. You can not go into the area where the cars are and choose your own part.....

This is why I like e-bay. I bought a complete interior panel package from a wrecked 80 280ZX with 8,000 miles on it found sitting in a warehouse for 25 years. Also included was the center console and steering wheel. This was for my 80 280ZX.

Thanks, There's an e-bay story on the seats too. The e-bay seller saw an accident happen in front of his house. The owner of a 82 280ZX was so mad that he sold the seats to the house owner on the spot. The seats are suede and leather with small 280zx's all thru the suede. I've never seen another set like them...

Guys you are so lucky, you have too many places for finding pieces, the only chance i have here is ebay and the shipping is really expensive, and the other, is a guy who has parted out some ZXs but he asked for a used part too much money, he asked 1000 bucks for a pair of tail lights..... the only way i have right now is rebuilt..

If my interior looked that good cozy my wife would think I stole it. If any body hears of or finds another deal like that please let me know. My interior is in such bad shape I am not even sure it was blue. I have never seen a car where the exterior was in good shape and the exterior was trashed like this.
