There is a 240Z? in Blue Thunder. Frank, his girlfriend driving and her son miss their turn and she whips the Vega they are in around on a one-way street, one of the cars that's dodging them is a Z.

Has anyone mentioned the first "Back to the Future" movie. A red 240Z or maybe a 280Z is parked in front of the arobic center as "Marty" skates by on the back of the Jeep.

there is a red one in the first back to the future movie, i think its the first one anyway, not to mention i'm biased to thinking a silver 280zx would have made a better time traveller, and it would've gotten to 88 mph quicker

Theres a 280zx in the background of Top Gun. The part where Tom Cruise is getting chased his bike by the chick. When she pulls up and he starts yelling at her, focus on the background, youll see the beautiful outline of the car coming up the street with the sun in the background..

Its a red S30 of some sort. Its in the street. when Marty skates like you said, and you see it again later, when he's talking to his girlfriend, but they sit on a bench and block it out, then the woman comes up to them for a donation to the save the clock thing.

I have that shpw on vhs, and i never noticed it!

I've watched BTTF probably 5 times and never seen it. I was watching Fletch the other day (Chevy Chase), and I believe there is a 280Z on the highway that Chevy roars past in an Alpha Romeo during a chase scene. Only on screen for a second, and it was on network so I couldn't rewind to confirm...

OK, not in a film as such but I did see some TV footage a few years back showing someone stealing a tank from the US army and driving it around squashing cars and things. There was a shot of a z (can't tell which) which had been squashed from front to rear. It looked about 2 feet high !!!!

I am not quite sure but I think in dude wheres my car? in the begining when they are walking down the street there is an brown 280zx parked on the street you see it for like 2 sec and I watched it on TV so not completly sure.

One more for this thread - in the recent "Devil's Rejects", there is a nice silver S30Z parked outside the big black guy's strip joint, which you can see when the family arrives at night.

Though, don't watch the movie if all you want to see is the Z. It's pretty messed up.
