Just save them to your local hard drive and flip them using the built in filmstrip image viewer in explorer.exe, or download Irfanview or some other program with that capability.

I think that the mods should be "tastefully" done and fit in with the overall feel of what an S30 should be. However, what is tasteful can vary widely depending on one's taste or lack thereof. I guess it all depends on what you want and use your car for -- track (actual racing) or track days (on occassion), street fighting, show, originality, custom. There are times when outrageous may serve a purpose. I like subtle customization on the exterior and interior (like it could have come from the factory that way if it was made today) and a sleeper under the skin so to speak -- better brakes, suspension, engine mods. Just thinking out loud - even my own opinions of tasteful change over time, especially when I see the great job other Z'ers on this site have done with their cars.
