Anyone got $60,000 to spare? I would try to post some smug assinine comment about this one, but I just can't. It has me befuddled, shocked and confused. A little scared.

One word comes to mind...Why?

A very short and lacking ad, what look like old photographs, and no real excitement! The owner(who supplied the photos and the blurb) has no idea how to sell a $60K car. That car should have been photographed as if it were for a magazine, and the blurb should overflow with enthusiasm.

I won't even comment on the car, the add stinks so badly there must be someting up...

That is very strange. It's obviously a scam or the guy has done no research at all on how much these cars are worth. Funny thing is is that there are a couple offers on it. Not to menchean the guy made it uglier than hell with those square headlights and those god awfull rear tailights. Just my opinion on it.

Most of that bodywork is taken from styling kits from the 80s, I think Showcarparts.com still has most of them.

The car may be extremely powerful and the owner probably sank $60k into it, but it's so ugly that no one will be willing pay anything even close. That seems to be a common problem with a lot of car enthusiasts, they want the buyer to pay what they put into it.

That thing is heinous, no other way to put it. One of many cardinal rules of Z-ownership is that you'll never get the money out of it that you put into it, making it a true labor of love.

Reminds me of the car from 'Corvette Summer'.....bah....
