I'm gonna start buying parts just to sell to those last two bidders, they obviously don't know how to shop for parts...Those can be found readily for $150-200. The '73 variety is still available from the dealer.

Will

I do note that the current high bidder has never bought anything on eBay before.
Yeah, but that doesn't explain the guy he out-bid. The dude has 200+ feedback but still bid $602. :stupid:

I sure hope those same people need a gas tank, I've got one on eBay now, could use a few bidders like that.

Henry, I found the part numbers for the original stickers and tried to order them from the dealer. The numbers were still good, but none were found.

I have considered seeing if a local sign shop could tool up for vinyl stickers that small. Haven't ever gotten around to it yet.

for stickers you guys might try zeddsaver...the sticker guy...and I would email him actually...

zeddsaver@zeddsaver.com

If he doesn't supply them, I might do it after the hazard stickers...although I don't need these stickers.

I talked to Norm at Zeddsaver a while back and from what I recall, he wouldn't have those. Just the paint code, radiator, coolant, snorkel tube, and carb adjustment decals IIRC. What's cool is that his paint code decals come with the number already on them.

This is true. It always takes two....one guy who bids too much and loses, and one guy who bids too much and wins!
