Wow that looks awsome!!!

Was the interior just as messed up as the outside?

Do you do anything to it in the process or is it pretty much still a factory stock 240z?

If you dont mind me asking, what did the grand total come too over the 3 years?

The interior was great. Perfect dash. The seats are cracked, but have covers. I could use some carpet. Other than that it was great.

Its pretty much stock. Fiberglass bumpers, shaved emblems. Motor and all of that is stock. I rebuilt the u-joints.

The total is around $1000-$2000. I'm not exactly sure though.

Very nice, indeed. So whats next?

The interior is going to get completely overhauled. I need to replace the floors though. I'm going to turn the inside into the likes of an S15 Silvia. Should be rather nice. Otherwise, I'm picking up a 1969 Toyota Corona MKII 1900 Hardtop that I'm going to tub and make some sleeper out of.

Car looks great. Good to see you had the patience to slow down and do it right the first time. Is that the new MSA front air dam?

Yes, that's the Type III air dam, and a fiberglass rear bumper.

Me likes. I saw it in their catalog and have been considering it for my car. I am not a fan of body kits are they are usually installed incorrectly and seem to flap in the wind. However, that air dam really adds a nice stance to the car.

Ian;

Glad to see this car at this point. The lack of funds is not limited to teenagers those of us with families fit into that circle as well. Wasn't it this spring that you hit the wall and were having trouble with the motivation to go on. I am glad to see the words of encouragement from the members here to you were heeded. Ian Great job getting this car back together there are a lot of these cars been apart a lot longer then three years. Took a good person to say thanks for your comments and get back out there.
