This is a very rough draft, but I think it has to be done.

The front of the Aston Martin DB9 is too sexy and too much like a Z not to do it.

I like the look of the fron of the original 240Z. I also like the look of an air dam. And I like the look of the G-nose.

So why not fabricate a fiberglass DB9 front and put it on a Z.

What do you think?

I will work on some better drawings if everyone likes the idea.

It will probably take more time than I wish to think about to fabricate, but winter is coming and what else is ther to do but make something new for my Zcar.

i was walking along to my car and out of a car wash place reversed a 350z with a db9 style front grill, looked semi decent, would of looked better if the rest of the car was done up with class instead of the way it had been (altessa lights etc)

I can do this and make it look like the car is one. It will take a little more time.

I think what hls30 meant was that you took this picture (attached) and used photoshop trace to create the sketch versus an original hand drawn sketch.

Ahh yeah I understand. That is the picture I used. And I did use photoshop along with another program to make the effect.

I think it's a cool idea. I will probably spent more time on it.
