right now my Z car which is a 75 280z has just the bumper shocks on the back. I am getting ready to paint it and have it look decent and I want to know where I can get a basic bumper bar. I saw one off some sort of Z car that was just literally a bumper bar, a solid steel tube that attached to the bumper shocks is something like that available, or what's the lighest most simple looking bumper I can get!!

If you're going to be painting soon anyway and don't want to stay stock why not use one of the body kits that replaces everything:

Actually I think he was looking to soil the good looks of the Z by bolting a piece of stair railing to it.

Adam , some of us Z drivers like the look of the over-riders plus they do help protect the hood and rear finisher and tail lights from the '' nudges '' in parking lots. I have both over riders and they are both in the attic. Personally I prefer the less is more look for my Z . I don't even have the rubber my bumpers . But that is just my own taste. Gary:D
