December 2, 200618 yr Author comment_191263 Hey Carl,I used "Krylon rust tough flat black".After I cleaned all the wheels, I used my compressor to blow out the small seams, you wouldn't believe all the "hidden" residue that came out. These were given two coats, and I may add a third, but I did all 4 wheels with one can.
