Always nice to find someone selling parts, especially here, rather than eBay. He's moved them to the classifieds -- it's all good. Bushie, it's not too hard to edit your ads and there is an option to move them out of cars for sale to parts for sale. Gary D.

I always said i was tring to help you guys find parts. I did take emigma with me to the storage container and we did go through alot of stuff. I will try to get my ADs to the parts section. Thanks Brian

I don't see any problem with what you are doing. I just wish you had access to some 280 or 810 stuff. We have had an influx of spam lately (cialis, Christmas stuff, cell phones, ipods, etc.) but your posts certainly don't fall in that catagory.

I believe that was actually a 280ZX outside the container, not a 280Z. however there was a pretty cool OMC? 280Z valve cover.

1) I never questioned brushies' legitamacy, only why he was starting another thread just to say the same thing he had already stated in his other thread an hour and a half earlier.

2) I, and many others, have parts for sale and are also trying to help those looking for parts. However, I was under the impression that the classifieds section was the approiate means by which to accomplish this.

His original thread in the forums section was not a dicsussion of the classic Z car but rather a thread opened up in an effort to sell parts. Mike then asked that this thread and another be moved to the classifed section. Great, brushie complied and stated where everyone could now find his parts but then started another thread saying the same thing.

If everyone selling parts in the classifieds were to open threads in the forums section redirecting people to their ads, this would just clog things up and I don't think anyone wants that. So I merely called the second thread as I saw it....spam.

Sorry Moonpup, I just felt kinda bad for the guy. He seems nice enough but hasn't had the friendliest of welcomes. I realize that he as broken forum etiquette, but I just feel sometimes we're all way too quick to condemn people for what are really small missteps. Anyway......

I have had such an overwhelming response to parts request that im just going to be putting them in the classified section.I am still going through stuff.Alot have asked for the bumpers.I have only found 2 of them and looking for 2 more. I gave alot of you my number and never recieved a call the day i did find the parts. When I list them in classified it is first come , first buy basis. Sorry but thats has to be the way it is. Im trying to get these parts out of my house as fast as i can.

Guys, I merged the threads together.

I was looking for a Hatch window w/ defrost for my 71" Datsun as the old one was cracked and eventually just feel out.

Gave Brushie a call about a window and received it just a few days in great condition with a great price.

Thanks a lot and will be doing business with again in the near future.
