I checked out the belts listed on eBay, but they were only LAP type , not three point type I am looking for.At this stage I will keep looking!!Regards, Jack Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/22637-retractable-seat-belts/?&page=2#findComment-195539 Share on other sites
April 10, 200718 yr comment_205462 I need to do this too.I'm at a crossroad between Wesco or the Seat Belt Pro brand. The Wesco retractable housing unit appears to be smaller/neater.Anyone have multiple photos of either set-up.Thanks, Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/22637-retractable-seat-belts/?&page=2#findComment-205462 Share on other sites
April 10, 200718 yr Author comment_205485 I thought I would provide an update for those interested.I finally found someone in Australia who could help. Autoliv.com supply the Klippan brand of seat belts through dealers around the country. They recommended their "180 Under Parcel Retractor + 250 angled cable stalk". The Part Numberes are: RH front - K7210 and LH front - K7211. I have purchased the belts and have them on hand, but the drama has been getting them fitted. The retractor unit needs to be mounted horizontally on the top mount on the "roof". You will know that the existing mounting point will not permit this. The first Engineer/Fabricator took weeks to supply me with a mount that will not work. Now I am waiting for the second Engineer to fabricated a mount that will allow the retractor to sit properly. I am hoping to have that in the next few days.I am confident it will all work, its a matter of being EXTREMELY patient. When I am done I will post some photos.Regards, Jack Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/22637-retractable-seat-belts/?&page=2#findComment-205485 Share on other sites
