If you read the Hemmings article below it says he was asking $2 M for the inventory, the buses, and the house. So that implies that the property is included.

I wouldn't know enough about the value of the parts to determine whether he's already stashed $500k worth of the best goodies off site prior to the sale.

A lot of the value in this is his mental ability to locate and provide a part somebody needs; a new buyer could be totally overwhelmed by this.

In the magazine article that he took pictures of, he says that you get everything... the parts, the cars, the house and the buses... $2M at the time of the article, now he's asking $1.5M. There is a lot of really valuable stuff there, but some of the condition looks iffy. A shame really.

There are quite a few good parts. But you have to find the right person and the right price to sell these items.By the looks of some of the pictures alot of the stuff really needs to be fully restored. It would take you 20 years to sell all of this stuff on ebay by itself. Then you would have to add on the HIGH e-bay fees for selling it.Dont know how good of a deal it would be....

Careful with that axe Eugene..

The environmental liability could be included in the price as well. you could buy, for the mere price of 1.5 mil, a 20 mil enviro remediation liability. Oh joy!

1st step in this kind of deal is to demand a phase I and II site assesment. If the seller wont comply, you run, not walk, away.
