question about the G-nose

On what years did the G-nose come factory. I'm pretty sure they only came on 240z's, but my friend keeps telling me they came on the early 260z's as well. Can any of you clear this up for me?

tThey came "factory" on a few cars in Japan, no cars in the USA came from Japan with them(to a dealer) I believe they were available in japan as a factory option through 77-but I am not certian.

The G-nose you refer to is the model HS30H produced between October 1971 and September 1973. It came with a 2.4 Liter (L24) and either a five speed or three speed auto transmission. G-nose spare parts were sold to service the model, but it was never an option for the other various models. The 240ZG also came in the special maroon color. The model was not exported to America.

well, I know it wasn't offered in america. I just know its pretty rare. Not as rare as a 432R though. Thanks for the info!

Maybe you don't, but you might need to make an appointment with a doctor to get his opinion on the symptoms of Tourette's Syndrome that you are displaying.
