Zed discoveries in California

Recommended Posts

I have just spent the past three weeks touring Northern and Central California (SF, NAPA, Lake Tahoe, Monterey and LA) and Nevada (Carson City and Reno) and only managed to spot 4 Zeds in the whole time I was there.

The funny thing is that I spotted them all on the same day (January 6th) in the same area (Calaveras County). I dont think there was anything was on as only 1 of the 4 was actually driving anywhere (the others were in driveaways.)

Unfortunately for me I was unable to make it to MSA for a bit of shopping but I am sure that the Missus was glad that the traffic was pretty heavy which prevented us the time to get there.

Plan your next trip to Cali around April so you can attend the West Coast Nationals at MSA, the greatest Z day by far. Too bad you did not make it down the San Diego way, you would have seen many more Zs for sure, two in my driveway alone. By the way....I love Brisbane, I had such a great time when I was there back in 2000, the Irish Pubs were usually filled with many nice young ladies, the night life was great....the Sterling etc....awesome city.

Next time you are in Briz Vegas let us know and will show you the sights.

One of the reasons I wanted to go to MSA was to drool over some triple carbs - I am sure that they would have been in the luggage if I made it there! So it was probably a good thing I did not make it.

also nice to catch up with people you deal withover the Net - have bought a few things from MSA over the years. You may be able to answer a question - is Victoria British no longer selling Z parts?
