It appears to be an old Enkei wheel which was a copy of a Gotti wheel.

Not an Enkei, but it is a Gotti-replica. My memory tells me that it was probably made by Ultra Wheel in So. Cal. in the mid '80s. American Racing may have made them in the '80's as well.

I was thinking it was a "Riken" wheel. They were an early eighties wheel name that I kinda of remember. I could be wrong of course.
