July 19, 200222 yr comment_10937 Good point.... not sure if you can monitor your own mailbox size. But, it's always good to empty the garbage at least once a month or so... One of the biggest eaters of space is the automatic 'request return receipt' setting. This automatically generates a return receipt when someone reads the message you sent them. Thus, giving you TWO mail messages per message sent. I will turn this off by default to help save space. But, unless you really need to keep the mail messages, just go through and do a little house cleaning. July 19, 200222 yr Author comment_10938 I didn't even notice the sent messages box. I killed all of those. I do like to keep the message tracking on. I just have to remember to delete them every once in awhile.
