Posted February 23, 200718 yr comment_200264 Hi. I'm a car novice looking to buy my first 240z but the one I'm looking at is an automatic. Is it difficult/expensive to swap it over to a manuel?J. February 23, 200718 yr comment_200277 Hi Jesse,Sherman Oaks? Sherman Oaks, California, I assume. If I were you I would keep looking.....there are more 240Zs in California than anywhere else in the world and a lot of them are low-rust or sometimes even rust-free cars. The vast majority of 240Zs have manual transmissions. Welcome to the club and good luck with your search.
