Tonight I added a horizontal drop-down menu bar to the top of website. This menu system is my effort to make the site easier to use and more user-friendly to newbies.

If you have a suggestion for a menu item, please reply to this message and I'll consider adding it to the list.

Currently (as of tonight), the menus do not have a command structure and will not function. The idea is to configure the menu system and then add the guts later.

The menu is great Mike. I can't wait to test it out. This is something we've needed for a while. Thanks for all the hard work.

BTW, I saw the pics from the Portland Roadster show and the car looks great as well.

IMHO...the glass tabs buttons just dont fit. It moves the threads further down and thats what I look for first when I come here. The main menu is on the side, and theres already a menu at the top. It complicates the whole menu scheme that was functional and simple already.

If you just added to the top menu thats already there, it would keep to the theme and keep the menu system constant.

Just my opinion, its your site and I'll be here no matter what you do.

On the other hand, I really like this type of site navigation. Once it is fully operational, a lot of the stuff on the side can be cleaned up. It simplifies site maintenance, and all the most popular links are always there, at the top of every page. Looks like it might be the same code that I recently incorporated in to my website for much the same reasons.

I will be testing different menu styles over the next day or so.

The newest drop-down top menu structure is 95% complete. I changed the formatting to more closely match the theme and most of the links should be functional.

The non-functional links are:

- Movie Gallery

- Support Us - Advertise on the Site

- Contact Us - Website Management

- Contact Us - The Leadership Team

- Contact Us - Technical Information

- All of the Help links

How about a drop down that links to Triples vs. SU's.

I was thinking more along the lines of adding a drop-down for the Boobs thread.

You should put a big nipple up there that we can poke to get to the boob thread. LOL
