March 29, 200718 yr comment_203975 I think all these values are irrelevant without context. Each deal is unique, and had special circumstances. You can't just $2500 is too little or too much without othe data. If you find a Vintage Z in perfect condition for $2500 you'd better give the seller your wallet, your clothes and your first born so they'll hold it till you can get back from the bank. If you find a 71 Flintstone edition 240Z, just thank them for letting you look and move on. March 29, 200718 yr comment_204042 I bought mine about 4 years ago for $1000.00 from a friend of my son. I drove it home and then started looking and realized that there was alot more than I realized. I am now in the process of starting to fix the "rust" issue. March 30, 200718 yr comment_204165 1980 280zx10Holy Crap, 35K?We should have more buyers like that. Then Z's market values would be growing similar to the housing market and most of us could be very wealthy in a short span of time, albeit, Zless. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/23629-how-much-did-you-pay-for-youre-z/?&page=5#findComment-204165 Share on other sites
