Posted July 22, 200222 yr comment_11099 Has anyone had any experience with Victoriabritish seat reupholstery kits. Such as, do they fit ok and are they similar in appearance to the original seats. I have a 260 whose seats are in need of repair.Regards,Geoff Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/2366-vicbrit-seat-kits/ Share on other sites
July 22, 200222 yr comment_11136 I priced both MSA and VB on the seat kits. I ended up going w/ MSA because they beat VB's price. The MSA kit is nice and easy to install. The "grain" of the vinyl is a little different than the original, but you can only tell if you have the original vinyl sitting right next to it. My assumption would be that the VB kit is the same or at least very similar. July 23, 200222 yr comment_11182 Classic Datsun Motorsport has the correct grain and correct pattern. These are the seat covers used for the Nissan Program cars. MSA's grain is not correct and the pattern in a little off too. But if you don't care about those things, they fit decent and the price is good.Martyhttp://www.classicdatsun.com/ Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/2366-vicbrit-seat-kits/#findComment-11182 Share on other sites
July 23, 200222 yr comment_11204 i got a single cover (MSA) off ebay for $50 a few years ago (i only needed the drivers seat) It's not perfect, but certainly close enough for a driving car- you really have to look to discern the differences, FWIW Jeremiah Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/2366-vicbrit-seat-kits/#findComment-11204 Share on other sites
