TBK1 Posted March 25, 2007 Author Share #25 Posted March 25, 2007 according to the spec sheet if I sand the base coat I must apply 1 to 2 additionakl coats of base, seams to defeat the purpose , so I sauid wizz on it and cleared it, The last coat of clear seemed to take out 90% of the orange peel, one fender with runs, but aint gonna show you that one

EScanlon Posted April 1, 2007 Share #32 Posted April 1, 2007 Now remind them of the fable of the little red hen....and DO NOT lend them your car to drive....after all, isn't that the ONLY reason they bothered to be bothered to help .... at their convenience? Looks good though, but you'll have to submit your application to the Yellow Z club and start a SouthEast chapter.... E

CANDYBLUE2+2 Posted April 1, 2007 Share #34 Posted April 1, 2007 In the 5th photo, am I mistaken or is that the longest antena mast ever on a Z?And the reflection of the trees in the hatch in the same photo shows great depth.Nicely Done my friend. The other Z in the pic, is that yours too?And no wonder you have heat and AC in the garage, is that also your line of work? The vans a dead giveaway!
TBK1 Posted April 1, 2007 Author Share #35 Posted April 1, 2007 Yea I own a heat air and refrig comp, pretty sure the antenan is stock , have to measure it on the Blue one, and yes thats mine also, thats what made me paint this one, the first paint I paid for on it was SHIIIITTTTTT, made dude repaint 5 times then just took it out, had another redo it, but with the yellow I said hell I cant do worse than so and so!!!
