Hey all ..I thought I would post a little message here .. I have just discovered that the "new" doors I have for my 77 280 are actualy for an older model. So I have for sale or swap 2 good doors and 2 rusty doors for a 76 and older z .. and also alittle rusty but not too bad .. 2 doors from a 77 280

What I would really like to find is some good doors for my 77 280 that would bolt right on.

Interesting... the doors changed over the years... I would like to know more.

Its all in the latch mech. I know the 240 have a larger openeing for the large catch that mounts on the door pillar where as the 280 has the smaller opening with a completely different post type latch on the pillar, wont work without major rework!
