March 30, 200717 yr comment_204106 I see there is one of these for sale on eBay. eBay LinkHas anyone ever used this video? Is it worth buying? I've heard a lot of people swear by this video. Not trying to get down on this seller, but why not just buy the DVD from the good folks at Z Therapy? They are so helpful to we enthusiasts, I think they should be supported. I have no connection to ZT. Most that have dealt with those folks will agree with me, I'm sure. March 30, 200717 yr comment_204112 ... might be helpful here.ZTV01 was the first video Scott did and he does a good job with the non SU items covered. If it's purely SU info your after, the JUST SUs ZTV 09 video is far better for carb related content. It's easy to see the he had learned a lot about carbs in those interveening years. As an aside, we marvel at our videos selling on Ebay, at times, at higher prices than we sell them for daily... March 30, 200717 yr comment_204124 Bruce,So the videos shown on the ZTherapy site are now actually DVDs? Unless I am missing it, they all look like they are advertised as video tapes. I was hesitant to order because I thought they are only available on tape.-Mike Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/23768-ztherapy-240z-tune-up-dvd/#findComment-204124 Share on other sites
March 30, 200717 yr comment_204167 I wonder that myself. I have one of the VHS tapes. While it is VERY informative the quality is less than some cheap chinese pirated movie I've seen. I can only imagine that Steve would have to start from scratch to create another tape or cd of such standard to match his great products. March 30, 200717 yr comment_204172 ... Pam has put some of these videos on DVD, but has failed to indicate it on the web site. Unless yours truly says something when taking an order the customer has to be pretty intuitive and read my mind....Also correct on the re-do idea. There are items that need to be corrected and we have discussed where to find the extra hours in the day to re-do those tapes. I haven't looked at any videos for a long time but imagine the quality which, was iffy new, hasn't gotten any better over the years. March 31, 200717 yr comment_204202 Absolutely buy the DVD's from ztherapy. I bought the two that you're talking about and came away with a huge appreciation for the SU's, and I bear no resemblance to a mechanic. I would never dream of rebuilding any carb, but I watched the entire video. Then I gave them to my mechanic and he went from not wanting to touch them, to asking me to let him tune them up.
