Keep 'em comin, PLEASE! I could watch that on an endless loop and never get tired of it, especially while mine is laid up for repairs. I've been thinking it would be great fun to gather a collection of videos from the members here, just a few minutes each as a passenger in their Z's. Pick a spot in your hometown, or a favorite place you like to drive, and share it for all to see. As we have members all over the world, and now with places like Google Video or YouTube to post them for free...?

Whenever I get mine roadworthy, I promise to contribute.

Question: Did you do anything special to eliminate wind noise on the microphones? So many of these incar videos posted on the net, all you can hear is wind noise. I love how with yours you can hear the engine sing, and the tires squeal.

yeah, I made my exhaust so loud that's all the mic would pick up ROFL.. but seriously, there a "wind cut" feature on my camera...not sure how it works, but it does.

thanks for the videos, it keeps us motivated on our projects. I can't help to think about the conversations with the folks on the track since you are running a 30+ year old car around the newer sport cars. It has to be a blast, I am truly envious.

sure was a blast... the 240Z still demands respect on a road course..all the instructors wanted to take it for a spin.. in fact I think it was a crowd favorite.. on one of my sessions I got a little misfire and shut her down... and babied her into the pits... felt good when everyone was asking if it was ok.. I think I just cooked my coil.. I changed it.. and went back on the track and everything seemed ok for my last run. Then after I got home, I check and found a crack on a header weld.. exhaust leak right under my rear carb.. that could have been the problem as well.
