My full dash cap for my '77 is also a VB make.

I couldn't tell it was a cap at first untill I noticed the Silver screws holding

it in place, but now I noticed looking at the Tri Guages you can also tell.

Over all it's a good fit and product unlees you know what to look for to

tell it's not a crack free dash in fact.
