There are reocker panels for sale on ebay. I have a 280z and these are listed to be for a 240. Are the any differences?

'70-'78 are all the same. You can buy them direct from the factory (Tabco) if the ones on Ebay go for too much.

Tabco has problems shipping , and sending out orders ,there are other places like Black Dragon and MSA etc...
