I love the color and I love how the L28 came out...gorgeous!

Beautiful car, you are fortunate to have found it. Look for rust near the wheel wells since I see some rust on the bolts. It is fairly inexpensive to have the bolts, nuts and washers replated while you are freshing up the suspension. I used Eibach springs and energy suspensions parts on my 72z which worked out very well.

Bob, I don't think you went through the entire thread This car now has zero rust and almost all the bolts have been or are being re-plated or replaced. The car also has Eibachs and Tokicos. My dad and I are very excited to see his baby all finished.

Here she is after being buffed out. It should come home for re-assembly any day now. This is really exciting!! I know my dad feels like he is 5 years old on Christmas eve

(note: the engine bay and suspension aren't really covered in overspray, there is a special coating that was applied prior to paint that will wash away along with all the dust/overspray once hosed down.)

Man every time you add more to this, the happier I am deciding to back to factory color on my car of #920. Ya it's a 70's only color but hey it's a good 70's color

Buffing is done and now the car is being put back together.

Love the color. I am sort of jealous, My car was not a restoration, more of kill the rust and make it look presentable.

I think the Safari gold with Panasports is a great idea! It's looking good Guy. I love it .
