The car turned out amazing...I'm headed in a similar direction, I hope it turns out equally well. All the parts are lined up, and the car is a nice original specimen with no rust to speak of and is very solid. Nevertheless I know I want it perfect so the trip to the restoration shop is booked for our CDN Thanksgiving in October for a 4 month stay, roto and all. This thread has given me no end of inspiration so I'm confident my '73 918 is heading in the right direction. Thanks again.

Eiji came with his lovely 280/240 to stay at my dad's so they could leave bright and early for Zcon this morning. Eiji brought his Z out of the trailer for some shots of both gorgeous S30's. We drank beers, ate tenderloins and talked cars. Too bad I will be missing the show this week Someone has to stay to hold down the fort at work.

Zedyone, I am not 100% sure but my dad probably won't post again until he returns from Zcon. I believe they are 16"x 7.5".

Gary, I got to drive it Saturday and it's like a brand new car. It's amazing!

Zedy.......16x7 rims.....205-55-16 tires.....the perfect tire IMO. Goodrich KDW rubber. We just checked into the Westin in Savannah.

I'm speechless. Have a great time at ZCON and take plenty of pictures. Pray for a cool down the heat is more than I can take. I have plenty of questions on the blueZ. Have a safe trip back.
