so i have a running l28 wrapped up in my 280z and im thinking of putting it into my 240z.....and i still want to be carburated so the manifolds and everything should bolt back up rite? i just wanna find out what kind of struggles will i got threw and what needs to be replaced etc.

The manifolds will bolt up. The only problem I think you'll run into will be jetting. Because of the larger displacement the carbs will need to be rejetted and tuned to match the engine.

so theres no custom jobs that i ahve toi do....i have all the parts...maybe ill just get some gaskets and hoses replaced

When you buy the intake/exhaust manifold gasket, choose based on the manifold you're using, NOT the head. For example, if you're using an N36 manifold and SUs, choose the gasket for the 70-73 240z.

The dizzy from the '79-80 ZX is an easy fit with the 240Z wiring and then you have easier tuning than with the 240Z distributor and a good advance curve.

Yes, you just need to bring the mounting piece over with it. It comes off with 2 10mm bolts IIRC.
