Ditto on the data plates...the car is a mix of early and late 240Z-late fuse box lid in leu of an ashtray, late dash, hub caps, seats, and steeringwheel, with the rest of the wear inside, probably a dash cover...I think a picture of the firewall stamp would be in order...

I would be real careful of this car if you are considering buying it. Read the description closely and look for the discrepancies in what is said. It may very well be a numbers matching car, but clearly it has many incorrect parts.

No early Z imported into America came with "factory" air. Air conditioning at the time was a dealer installed option.

I just looked at two of my 1970 L24 engines. Although not early numbers as 2288, but what I noticed was the size of the stamped numbers. Mine are all the same height. Is this something unique to earlier cars? The 2's and 8's look to be different to me.
