Posted April 20, 200717 yr comment_206705 I just got my tripple weber carbs on a cannon manafold sweeeet right, only it weighs a lot 25 or so lbs, I dont want to break my manafold studs is there a bracket or a brace to help support the extra weight. April 20, 200717 yr comment_206706 There isn't a part missing, if that's what you mean. I have seen people add a brace from the bottom bolt on the front and rear carbs down to the block. With the weight of the carbs and the exhaust hanging off one side of the head that's a lot of stress on the headgasket. Personally I ran mine with no brace for years and never had anything more than the usual headgasket seepage.
