Its good to see that you actually already had a look at the car and say its in good shape. I'm going to be tearing out all the undercoating and so forth and doing the whole POR-15 and could use some words of wisdom. U have no idea how great it feels to know i have someone who works on these things in stone throw distance! By the way, BEAUTIFUL Z!

are the tops of the carbs flat like this:

or round like this?

please note that the flat tops pictured above will NOT be identical to yours, and are comp carbs.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but what have those flat tops come off?

Never seen flat tops without an integral float chamber..any info please?

a roadster. they were comp carbs for roadsters and i've seen them on 510s, too
