Personaly I like the BRE Spook as well. Now if someone would make one for a 280 I'd be happy....

The MSA type 3 is not bad either.

I've got an Xenon air dam on my car that I'm very pleased with. I too am a big fan of the BRE look, so if you're wanting it to look retro, I'd go with that.

I don't know if this is a mith, but I was told that if you paint your air dam, you will end up just having to keep touching it up because of rock chips and such. I don't know if this is true or not, but I plan to just leave mine black because of this. If you want a picture of it, let me know.

I like the Xenon on 280Zs, but I certainly don't consider it period-correct for a 240Z.

Instead of leaving your spook spoiler gel coat plain, what about coating it with bedliner stuff? You could even dye it to a close color to the car instead of the natural bedliner color.

there is also that clear protective coating for the lower body panels.

No, don't want to use anything that would be difficult to get off when I do end up painting it later.

sorry to go completely of my question.i found this pic of a zed same color as mine and really like the look of the rewinds.too me they sit really with car, if you were to make a guess would you say they were 15" or 16"? i'm thinking 16?

I would guess those in the picture are 15". But if you are going to buy them new, I would suggest you get the 16". There are not very many performance tires left in the 15" size, and virtually none in 14. You'll be able to find good rubber longer in 16.
