but I believe it doesn't handle high torque so well, so I am about to fit the T56 six speed. Just getting all the ducks in a row e.g. flywheel, appropriate clutch master cylinder, (to get a good balance between travel and effort, 'cos the T56 uses the internal hydraulic clutch thrust/slave cylinder), tailshaft, etc, etc.

There is a bit of panel beating required on the transmission tunnel to fit in the reverse gear detent spring lock-out housing, but otherwise it should all fit in OK.

Hope to be all done in a couple of weeks. Will let you know how it goes.
