Posted May 3, 200717 yr comment_208163 I am upgrading my tranny and diff to a 5 speed and R200. Is it worth trying to sell the 4 speed and R180? Is there much market for them? The R180 is the original, I believe, for my early Z but the 4 speed tranny is a replacement. Any thoughts? Thanks! May 3, 200717 yr comment_208209 Frankly, those stock parts are worth so little that if it were me, I'd just stash them away somewhere. Assuming, of course, that I had the room to store them indefinitely. May 4, 200717 yr comment_208309 I would keep them. Use them for my ride if the something drastic ever happens to the new parts, you can spend a good day and get your rig running again with the older partsorYou could always leave an eye open for a fairly decent condition Z that needs a tranny / diff or whatever, and see if you can make a return on selling it though I doubt that would ever happen.
